We support shipping via sea, air, and express courier services (such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, and EMS). For standard orders, delivery typically takes 7–15 business days after payment is received; expedited processing can be negotiated for urgent orders.

Yes, we can provide samples for your testing and evaluation. The sample fee and shipping cost need to be paid in advance. When you place a subsequent bulk order, the sample fee can be deducted from the bulk order payment (shipping cost is usually not deductible). If you have a clear bulk purchase plan, you can also negotiate other sample payment solutions with the sales department. The details will be confirmed by both parties.

7. What is the warranty period for your products?
The standard warranty period is 12 months (calculated from the date of shipment). During this period, we will provide free repairs or replacements for any malfunctions caused by quality-related issues.
